All wholesale accounts must have a state vendors license.
Opening orders: Minimum $ 300.00
Re-orders: Minimum $ 100.00

Items must be ordered in specific minimum quantities where noted or by multiples of minimums. Cody
Foster & Co. Inc. reserves the right to increase quantities to meet our minimum requirements or multiples of
these. You may indicate if you accept partial shipment or if you prefer your order would be held until we can
ship complete. We accept all major credit cards. Cards are charged at the time of shipment and only for items
shipped. Please provide us with expiration date, name on card, billing address for card and V-code (if
applicable) Back orders of $ 25.00 or more will automatically be processed unless specifically requested
otherwise. Back orders less than $ 25.00 will not be shipped unless you instruct us otherwise.

Please examine your merchandise immediately. Damages or defects need to be reported to Customer
Service within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Acknowledged claims will be issued a Return Authorization
number for return. We may issue a Return label for authorized damaged or defective returns. The product
must be received with all accessories and packaging materials in their original cartons at our location and
cannot be pre-priced. Cartons may not be marked up. A 20% deduction will apply. A copy of your invoice
should be included with any returns. The Return Authorization number should be written on the outside of the
box. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
No unauthorized invoice deductions will be allowed.

We will try to deliver every item in our catalog to you as fast as possible. There may be times when we may not
be able to provide certain items due to circumstances beyond our control. Cody Foster & Co. Inc. is dedicated
to bring you the best products in design and style at the best price. Errors in price, packaging or description
which may occur in this catalog are subject to correction. All measurements are approximate.
